How many hours per month would you like to work with us?
What kind of internet connection do you have (e.g. DSL 50, VDS,... )
What kind of telephone do you use, e.g. IP telephone (desktop), softphone -> if so, which provider?
Which provider are you with?
What kind of computer do you have (e.g. Windows PC, Notebook, Apple iMac, Apple iBook)?
In detail, a staffing of a project with us looks as follows:
DialogUnion acquires orders.
Depending on the topic/product, DialogUnion looks for professionals / suitable agent if necessary.
Together with the client DialogUnion train you on the product.
Our gents have access to our dialer system, in order to manage the projects professionally & effectively
to be able to work off.
The QM of DialogUnion supports the contact persons in the telephony, in order to be able to provide the best possible
to ensure that the talks are conducted.
Before the start, the Agent and DialogUnion conclude a contract and regulate in annexes
individually for the B2B telephone acquisition - campaigns the following points:
remuneration: either €/h or €/net contact
Quota to be achieved (e.g. X% appointments of number of net contacts)
Number of net contacts or telephony to be performed - hours per month
Distribution of hours/calls over the month or project duration
