IN OWN MATTER: HOME OFFICE IS EXTENDED
We will continue to staff our headquarters daily, but will only be on site with reduced manpower, and we are extending our home office time to a few key meetings, initially until the end of May in Germany.

The acquisition of appointments with new customers - Is the quantity or quality of appointments more relevant?
We answer this question clearly with a high appointment quality. Good appointments are primarily achieved through qualified business contacts, addresses & project management.
At first glance, this may seem cost-intensive in our calculation. At a second glance, our customers who have gained experience with call centers confirm that the address consumption was often too high and that the industry-specific training of the agents was missing. As a result, the appointments made by the seemingly low-cost competitor were very expensive.
